  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • Is parking facilities available and is it free?
    There are parking facilities in the venue for exhibitors and visitors and its chargeable directly payable to Nesco.
  • How can we import our products for the exhibition?
    International exhibitors can import goods under ATA Carnet. Kindly contact logistics agent.   • What is the size of the panel, name fascia size, and desk table?
    Each Panel Size – 1 m (w) x 2.5 m (h) Name Fascia size - 1800 (W) mm X 300 (H) mm Desk Table - 1 m L x ½ m W x .760 m H
  • Where can I find the floor plan for the event?
    The floor plan is available on the website at https://www.automationindiaexpo.com/exhibitor
  • What is the deposit amount to be paid for exhibitors & stall designers?
    Rs.20000/- for stalls up to 24 sqm. Rs.30000/- for stalls up to 36 sqm. Rs.40000/- for stalls up to 50 sqm. Rs.50000/- for stalls up to 75 sqm. Rs.60000/- for stalls above 75 sqm. Security deposit paid by stall designers must be in form of DD
  • How would Exhibitors apply for the exhibitor's badges & other services?
    Exhibitors Manual will be in an online form, hence all the services related to the exhibitors would be available in the Online Exhibitors Portal.
  • How can I get my no-dues letter?
    We will upload the non dues letter as soon as you make all payments for stall and other additional requirements are received by us.
  • What are documents required for stall possession?
    Bare Space Stall designers who will take possession of the stall must bring a stall possession letter, a copy of no-due certificates, and a security deposit if not paid earlier. For Constructed Space, you will need to bring a stall possession letter, a copy of the no-due certificate, and a security deposit if not paid earlier.
  • Are there security facilities available at the exhibition?
    There is no need for security during the exhibition days. During construction days, you can avail of personal security for your stall. Book security services online
  • What are the charges for electricity?
    The charge for a single phase/three phase is Rs. 5700/6200 for 1 KW. GST is additional. The charges are higher if booked at the venue.
  • How can I get my participation letter?
    You have to login into the exhibitor manual and download the participation letter.
  • Is the Exhibitor badge valid during the exhibition period?
    Yes. Once you have completed the registration procedures and received your badge on-site, you are free to leave and re-enter the venue during the 4-day exhibition period.
  • Can I put my own fascia?
    You can put your own fascia . Incase you want to put your own fascia and do not want to use the existing fascia provided by IED, kindly upload the same in the manual so avoid wastage of time after you take stall possession.This must be intimated to us atleast 10 days prior to the show. In the venue it will take atleast 5 hours to dismantle fascia.
  • What are the Dismantling details?
    Please be informed that the dismantling of stalls is scheduled to commence on 24th August 2024 after 6:00 PM. It is imperative that all stalls are fully dismantled and cleared, as the hall must be handed over by 8:00 AM on 25th August 2024. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • What are the types of stalls?
    We have bare and constructed/shell space. In Bare space we only mark the area, you have to order for electricity of 1 kw during the construction period and the required electricity during the exhibition days. In the constructed stalls will have octonorm walls, carpet, name fascia and for every 9 sq meter we will provide 1 Table, 2 chairs, 3 spotlights and 1 plug point of 5 amps and dustbin. The amenities will increase in multiples of 9 sq meters
  • How to login to the exhibitor manual?
    Login ID will be provided after the stall is booked and login ID and password will be sent to the registered email ID given by you In case you are not able to locate the password sent, kindly email from the registered email ID to exhibitorinfo@iedcommunications.com
  • What do I do if there is a theft?
    You are requested to intimate the organizers immediately with a written complaint to the Police station with details of the theft within an hour of the theft. No verbal complaint will be entertained by the organizers.
  • What are the timings for exhibitors?
    The exhibitor timing is from 9.30 am to 6 pm on the 21st to 23th of August 2024 and 9.30 am to 5 pm on the 24th of August 2024.

  • How much is the Entry Fee for the exhibition?
    Entry Fee is FREE of charge , but entry is restricted to trade visitors only. Final year Students should visit the show on the last day and pre-registration for students is mandatory.
  • How and when can I make a hotel reservation during the exhibition period?

  • What should I do if we lose our passports?
    Exhibitors & visitors are requested not to bring their passport to the exhibition grounds and this is as per directives of the Local Police station.   • What are facilities available at the exhibition venue?
    There will be Cafeteria, Security , Business Centre, during the days of exhibition and all of IED staff will be available during the construction days on site and also on exhibition days
  • How do I get to the venue?

  • How do I clear my goods from the customs?
    This will be done by official freight forwarder appointed for the exhibition in co ordination with MMTC and Customs.(Please note the whole exhibition area itself is a custom bonded area)

  • Is outside food and water allowed?
    At the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Outside food and water is not allowed
  • What time will we get our exhibitor badges?
    You can collect your badges from the registration counter from the 19th August 2024 02.00 pm onwards.
  • How to register to exhibit?

  • What is the height of the stall for bare space?
    Exhibitors can increase up to 4.5 Mtrs on the aisle side and the back wall can go up to 3.5 meters. Incase you will increase the height of the back wall, you can do so 1 mtrs away from the back wall. All exhibitors who have booked bare space must have the back wall at 3.5 mtrs
  • When will the exhibitors get the exhibitor guide?
    Exhibitor Guide will be given on the 1st day of the exhibition that is 23rd August 2023 onwards
  • Can we book our furniture at the exhibition grounds?
    Exhibitors are requested to book earlier and get the discounted rates. The charges are higher if booked at the venue.
  • How can I find out about the products being exhibited at Automation Expo?
    A show preview is published in Automation Expo website under show preview and curtain raiser and will be sent to all registered visitors
  • Do I need to submit my stall design?
    Companies who have taken bare space only need to submit the stall design, You must upload the design in the exhibitor manual and it will be approved online. Only exhibitors who have their stall type as Bare space in the exhibitor profile can upload the design.
  • When will the exhibitor get possession of the Stall?
    A) Exhibitors who have taken bare space will get stall possession on 18th August at 12 PM B) Exhibitors who have taken constructed space will get stall possession 19th August at 2 PM
  • In which Hall will be the Exhibition held?
    The exhibition will be held in Hall 1 & 2 in Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon, Mumbai.

  • Are conferences paid?
    Our conferences are paid and we have early bird offers to delegates who register early
  • Where can I get the exhibitors list?
    The exhibitors list will be available a fortnight prior to the show in pdf format that can be viewed online.
  • In which Hall will be the Exhibition held?
    The exhibition will be held in Hall 1 & 2 in Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon, Mumbai.
  • Is parking facilities available and is it free?
    There are parking facilities in the venue for exhibitors and visitors and this is a pay and park facility.
  • How can I get a visitor Badge?
    Visitors are requested to log on to www.automationindiaexpo.com and register as a visitor and you will receive the badge via email. You can print or carry the image on your phone and get visitors. Pre-registered visitors may collect the badge from the pre-registration section.
  • How and when can I make a hotel reservation for the exhibition period?

  • How can I find out about the products being exhibited at Automation Expo?

    The exhibitor guide will be available at the registration counters from 21st to 24th August. 2024
  • Is there an age restriction to visit the show?
    Yes. Those who are under 18 years old are not allowed to enter the show, since this show is for business purpose.
  • Do you have apps for your event?
    Mobile app is available. Details will be updated shortly
  • Is outside food and water allowed?
    There is a cafeteria in the exhibition grounds and you can utilize their services Personnel who have health restrictions may bring in their own food provided the food is in containers from their homes.
  • What are the timings for visitors?
    The visitor timing is from 10 am to 6 pm from 21st to 23rd August. On 24th August - 10 am to 5 pm. Students are allowed on the last day – 24th August from 11 am to 5 pm.
  • Is a VISA necessary to enter India?
    Visa is necessary for a foreigner to enter India. Visa on arrival facility is available. Visitors requiring a VISA must log on to www.automationindiaexpo.com and fill the required details and you can download the VISA form as soon as its approved. Pakistan and Bangladesh Nationals may write to jyothi@iedcommunications.com Please check on website prior to arrival for any updates.
