Design & Construction of Stalls
Each contractor or exhibitor involved in the construction of bare space or shell schemes is required to pay a security deposit via demand draft (DD) in favor of IED Communications Ltd. Cash payments will also be accepted. Possession of the stall will not be granted without the payment of the security deposit. The details of the security deposit amount are as follows:

Rs. 20000/- for stalls up to 24 SQ meters

Rs. 30000/- for stalls up to 36 SQ meters

Rs. 40000/- for stalls up to 50 SQ meters

Rs. 50000/- for stalls up to 75 SQ meters

Rs. 60000/- for stalls above 75 SQ meters
Important Parking Information for Exhibitors:
Please note that parking availability at NESCO is limited. If you are driving yourself, we recommend arriving early to secure a parking spot. For those who are chauffeur-driven or opting for local transport, you may arrive at your convenience. Enjoy your visit!
Last-Minute Information for Exhibitors:
Kindly note that we will take possession of the exhibition Hall on Sunday, the 18th, August at 8:00 A.M.
Next, the stall contractors for Hall 1 and Hall 2 will move in with their materials.
Move-In Schedule:
-
Bare Space Exhibitors: Move in on 18th around 12:00 P.M. as per zone schedule.

Constructed Space Exhibitors: Move in on 19th after 2:00 P.M.
Please refer to the image provided, which outlines Zones 1 to 6.
Truck tokens will be given in the parking lot, and truck movement and material entry will be permitted according to the designated zones. Kindly inform your designers to adhere to the schedule according to their respective zone. Any designer found violating the rules and regulations will have their security deposit forfeited.
Exhibitors and stall designers must wear wristbands at all times; others will not be allowed entry.

Badges will be available from 19th August 2:00 P.M. onwards in the registration area of Hall 1.
Exhibitors are also reminded to take care of their belongings and request you not to carry passports.
Event Connect App
We have sent exhibitors details of the Event Connect app—available on Android and iOS. To scan visitor information, you need to download the app.
We will be sharing with you a list of vendors providing various services, as well as the contact details of the hall managers. Should you need assistance, please feel free to contact them.
IED Office at Santacruz will be closed and is moving to the site office. We request you not to send any couriers now.
