How much is the Entry Fee for the exhibition?Entry Fee is FREE of charge , but entry is restricted to trade visitors only. Final year Students should visit the show on the last day and pre-registration for students is mandatory. Children below 18 years are not allowed

What facilities and services are available at the venue?Throughout the duration of the exhibition, you will have access to security services, the business centre, and a cafeteria. For any other concerns or requests, the entire team at IED will be available during all of the construction and exhibition days.

How do I pay the Security Deposit?Only a Demand Draft will be accepted. No cash/NEFT/GPAY is accepted. Demand Draft (DD) must be delivered by August 4 to the IED Office address (please see address below). Post-August 4, submit DD onsite at NESCO on August 8. What are documents required for stall possession?Bare Space Stall designers who will take possession of the stall must bring a stall possession letter, a copy of no-due certificates, and a security deposit if not paid earlier. Do I need to submit my stall design?Companies who have taken bare space only need to submit the stall design, You must upload the design in the exhibitor manual and it will be approved online. Only exhibitors who have their stall type as Bare space in the exhibitor profile can upload the design.

How do I clear my goods with Customs?The appointed freight forwarder for the exhibition works in coordination with MMTC and Customs to clear your goods. Note that the whole exhibition area is a custom bonded area.

What is the height of the stall for bare space?The back wall of your stall shouldn’t exceed more then 3 meters And the branding element (Front Fascia) can go upto 4 meters, 1 meters away from the back wall. Stalls in Hall 3 in the rows A/B/G and H - please note there is a mezzanine which is marked by dotted lines so the total stall height should not exceed 3.5 meters.

What is the deposit amount to be paid for exhibitors & stall designers?Rs.20000/- for stalls up to 24 sqm. Rs.30000/- for stalls up to 36 sqm. Rs.40000/- for stalls up to 50 sqm. Rs.50000/- for stalls up to 75 sqm. Rs.60000/- for stalls above 75 sqm. Security deposit paid by stall designers must be in form of DD/ GP/ Cash DD in favour of "IED Communications Ltd"

What are the charges for electricity?The charge for a single phase/three phase is Rs. 6000/6000 for 1 KW. GST is additional. The charges are higher if booked at the venue.

Can I put my own fascia?You can put your own fascia . Incase you want to put your own fascia and do not want to use the existing fascia provided by IED, kindly upload the same in the manual so avoid wastage of time after you take stall possession.This must be intimated to us atleast 10 days prior to the show. In the venue it will take atleast 5 hours to dismantle fascia.

Can we book our furniture at the exhibition grounds?Exhibitors are requested to book earlier and get the discounted rates. The charges are higher if booked at the venue.

How do I submit my Stall Design for approval?Upload a PDF or JPEG of your stall design (max 2MB) with top view and dimensions via the Exhibitor Portal by July 30.

What if I need pneumatic/compressed air?Order by August 2 on the portal. Specify the number of connections. Minimum pressure provided is 5 bar.

When will I get the electricity connection?Electricity connection will be available from 10:00 AM onwards on 10th August 2025.

When can I take possession of my stall?Bare space stalls can take possession on August 8 (from 12 PM) only after NOC and Security Deposit DD are submitted and Stall Designs are approved. Constructed space stalls can take possession from August 9 (from 2 pm).

When do bare space exhibitors need to arrive at NESCO?The construction material for your booth (outsourced to any vendor hired by the exhibitor) need to be ready by 8am on August 8th, in the parking lot. The exhibitors will be allowed only after 12pm on Aug 8th. The construction material for the stands will start moving into the Halls by 12pm on Aug 8th by allocated zones. The stall designers for the bare space will be allowed entry at 8am to take care of the paperwork, in the organizer office. No one will be allowed into the Halls before noon on Aug 8th.

What are the logistics and movement instructions?Vehicle entry by zone from August 8. Token system will be used. Material entry begins at 8 AM. Designers (stall fabricators) may enter from 8 AM for paperwork. Zone wise loading instructions will be shared by IED team on August 1.

Can I modify or cancel my orders after placing them?Modifications/cancellations are allowed till August 4 (6 PM). After this, a 25% surcharge applies for late orders made onsite. There are no modifications/cancellations for Internet or WIFI orders.

What if I miss placing my orders before August 4?Late orders can only be placed in person on August 8 at the onsite IED office with 25% surcharge.

What are the types of stalls?Bare Space: Only marked floor area is provided – you need to build your stall and arrange electricity separately. Constructed (Shell) Space: A ready-made stall with walls, carpet, name fascia, basic furniture, lighting, and one plug point per 9 sq. meters.

Will there be any size constraints with respect to the entry and exits, when exhibitors are bringing in robots or big machinery?No, the NESCO entry gates to each Hall are equipped to handle the big trucks.

What do I do if there is a theft?You are requested to intimate the organizers immediately with a written complaint to the Police station with details of the theft within an hour of the theft. No verbal complaint will be entertained by the organizers.

How much time will it take to process orders that are placed at NESCO on or after August 8?Additional orders that can be placed at NESCO on or after August 8 will take 6-8 hours to take effect and hence will not be available for immediate consumption.

What is the NOC Certificate and why is it important?The No Dues Certificate (NOC) is mandatory to take stall possession on August 8, 9, or 10. It is available from August 1 after all payments are cleared.
