Description

The SV730W high-end integrated multi-axis AC servo system is the company’s first newly launched single-chip multi-axis servo product. It features high integration, fast & reliable performance, easy commissioning and flexible expandability. It perfectly solves industry pain points such as limited electrical cabinet space, inconsistent power voltage specifications, complicated wiring and inconvenient on-site debugging. It has been awarded the CIIF Intelligent Manufacturing Award at the China International Industry Fair. The product supports a minimum of 2 axes and a maximum of 4 axes per unit. Compared with traditional single-axis servo drives, its volume is reduced by 60%, greatly saving installation space. The SV730W requires only one set of power wiring and communication cables. Adopting solder-free European-standard quick IO terminals, it enables tool-free fast installation. This reduces installation cost and greatly shortens working hours. The unified power specification and single communication cable also effectively improve the EMC reliability of the drive. The upper computer commissioning software is embedded with a multi-channel oscilloscope and a multi-axis parameter tuning interface. It supports simultaneous parameter editing, gain adjustment, trial operation and status monitoring for up to 4 axes, significantly enhancing usability, shortening commissioning time and improving overall deployment efficiency. Equipped with one main control chip serving as one intelligent brain for four servo axes, the SV730W allows control of all 4 axes via a single commissioning program. Internal data interaction between axes becomes more efficient with less interference, enabling high-precision gantry synchronization with greater ease. Beyond standalone application, the SV730W can be further expanded to connect more servo axes.
