Displacement Type Level Transmitter
Description
A displacement type level transmitter measures liquid level using the buoyancy principle. A displacer immersed in the liquid experiences a force that changes with the level. This change is converted through a mechanical system into a 4–20 mA output signal. It is suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature applications and works best when the liquid density is constant.
