Pilot Valve Assembly

Description

Our modular systems are made from solenoid coils, armature systems and valve solenoids. The system is separated according to the characteristic variable of the respective armature diameter. The variety of possible combinations has enabled our components to meet all requirements to date. For almost 50 years now, our modular systems have reliably served as an interface between pneumatic and electronic control systems in countless applications around the globe.

Solenoid coils: The interchangeable part of the nass magnet modular solenoid valve system. The coil is placed on the armature system where it lifts the armature from the valve seat when power is supplied. The overall widths of the solenoids vary from 16 mm to 36 mm. All the common voltages are available in DC and AC versions. Various electrical connections are available, including the usual valve connections: Model A, industrial Model B, Model C and Micro model.

Armature systems: The actual valve of the nass magnet modular solenoid valve system. The stainless-steel anchors are moved up and down within the anchor guide tube, perfectly sealing the valve seats in each end position. Due to the various possible flow rates, our armature systems fulfil all necessary requirements. They are available from 7.4 mm to 18.2 mm in diameter and with flow rates between 12 l/min and 165 l/min.

In System 3-10, Cartridge 9 and Cartridge 13 compact designs by nass magnet can be positioned perfectly.

Miniature valves: The compact solenoid valves in the System 3–10 and System 6–15 are known as „tiny tubes “. These miniature valves are small, high-performance and very reliable. Their high versatility means they can be used for a wide array of applications — from the food industry and agricultural technology to medical technology. All the compact valves are calibrated to provide consistently high flow rates in automation technology. Adaptations can be made upon request.

Cartridge valves: The range of compact valves is rounded off by our cartridge valves. Their dimensions are extremely small. These small valves can be used for industrial pneumatics, as well as in medical technology.

Valve connectors: These types of valve connectors have IP65 enclosures and are suitable for hydraulic and pneumatic solenoid valves, sensors, electric motors, pressure switches and many other applications. All connectors can be assembled as desired. Design features include cable mounting diameters of 4 to 10 mm and optional case covers. All nass magnet valve connectors can be purchased with or without integrated electronics.
