How can i get visitors Badge?


Visitors are requested to logon www.automationexpoindia.com and register as a visitor and you will receive the badge on email. You can either print or carry the image on your phone and get your visitors. Pre registered visitors may collect the badge from the pre- registration section.




How much is the admission fee for the exhibition?


Entry fee is FREE of charge, but entry is restricted to trade visitors only.

Final year Students should visit the show, student entry on the last day and pre-registration for students is mandatory.




Is there an age restriction to visit the show?


Yes. Those who are under 18 years old are not allowed to enter the show, since this show is for business purpose.




What are the timings for visitors?


The visitor timing are from 10 am to 6 pm from 22nd to 25th September and on 25th September until 5 pm. Students are allowed on the last day – 25th September 10 am to 5 pm.

Is parking facilities available and is it free?


There are parking facilities in the venue for exhibitors and visitors and this is a pay and park facility.




Is outside food and water allowed?


As per rules of BCEC, no outside food is allowed inside the exhibition halls. NESCO Foods have their food courts, water and food may be purchased from them.

Personnel who have health restrictions may bring in their own food provided the food is in containers from their homes. This rule is being imposed by NESCO.

Is a VISA necessary to enter India?


Visa is necessary for a foreigner to enter India. Visa on arrival facility is available.

Visitors requiring a VISA must log on to www.automationindiaexpo.com and fill the required details and you can download the VISA form as soon as its approved. Pakistan and Bangladesh Nationals may write to jyothi@iedcommunications.com
