PSGM-1-D-AGS are used for collecting data regarding emission levels of gases
from various industries such as boilers, industrial furnaces, incinerator emissions,
etc.
This system consists of gaseous pollutants monitoring subsystem, flue gas
parameters monitoring subsystem, system control and data acquisition and
processing subsystem. It can monitor gases such as SO 2 , NOx, O 2 , temperature,
pressure, flow rate, humidity, etc. It can also be extended for a specific occasion
to monitor HCL, HF, CO, CO 2 , NH 3 , H 2 S, CL 2 , VOC and other parameters.
This system has features like Advance electronics and microcontroller based
Programmable Logic Controlled Two-stage filtration, Auto Probe cleaning, Auto
Drain and Auto Gas Conditioning & Sampling Device (AGCSD), Automatic &
Remote calibration, Human Machine Interface Graphic Multicolour TFT Touch
screen display, Adopts the most advanced on-line analysis technology and has
high accuracy, low lower limit and small temperature drift, Real-Time Normalization:
Pressure, Temperature, Velocity/ Flow Measurement & Oxygen compensation Features, The
Panel, Sampling Probe & Sampling Pipe are designed considering atmospheric effect, High
Temperature Gas Sampling Probe Suitable for Flame proof Zone-2 Area, Measurement data
